St. MGMT: Who needs models? when instead, you can have one of indies musics biggest band of 2008 to help you out. MGMT and Saint Augustine academy are two names that were most talked about in 2008. MGMT For their music that was all over the runways(Including the Gucci S/S09) and inspired many collections for this spring 09, and a young promising clothing label called Saint Augustine Academy, that intrigued us with they’re spring 09 collection.
Over at for tommorow’s shop blog, the guys down under treat they’re shoppers to a back stage glimpse into the Brooklyn-based band before they took to the stage at Sydney’s Hordern Pavillion. Saint Augustine Academy designer Alvin Manalo hand-selected some of his pieces for The guys, who were so impressed they actually took off some of their planned outfits and decked themselves in Saint Augustine Academy insted.
